Direct Enable OnScreen Urdu Keyboard by Search
This is an easy and direct method through which you can enable the Keyboard on screen. Follow the below steps.
On windows press the Window Key and start typing (searching) as shown in the below image.
Once you see the onscreen keyboard in the search, just hit the Enter key on the keyboard and it will show the keyboard on the computer screen like this.

Follow the below steps to enable the on-screen keyboard in windows.
1- Open Setting
2- Search the Onscreen keyboard in the search box From 
From here you can turn the OnScreen Keyboard “ON” & “OFF”.
